Enemy factions are admin-controlled adversaries. Their tiles generate no resources
and players cannot build there. Deploy enemy forces to create conflict events on the map.
How to use:
1. Create a faction and check "Enemy Faction" in the faction edit form.
2. Return here and click "Deploy Enemy Forces".
3. Choose the enemy faction, add units, and enter a tile path (comma-separated tile IDs).
4. When forces arrive at a tile with player units, a battle is automatically triggered.
